Calling all members, associates and interested trainees! We need your proposals for GARNet projects for 2017/18. The deadline of Friday 19 May has been extended to Sunday 21 May to give you the opportunity to submit your ideas.
See https://www.thegarnet.org/projects for all the information you'll need to make a contribution to your network. Do not be put off submitting your idea if this is still at an early stage, as a key objective for our network is to help you to design and refine your proposal, in order to deliver quality projects with high potential for making an impact that benefit our patients. Project proposals do not need to be fully developed or finalised prior to submission. We have received several proposals. But please do not wait for someone else to come up with an idea – submit your own!

This call for project proposals from The Garnet offers a strategic opportunity for changemakers across arts, social innovation, and community development – especially those based in North America and Europe. The clear criteria and emphasis on scaleable outcomes reflect best practices in impact-driven funding. The detailed guidance on evaluation metrics supports transparent and effective planning. To stand out, structure your submission around concise goals, robust methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. A strong project proposals package should clearly articulate vision, team roles, budget, and timelines for maximum clarity and impact.
